Recently opened in the coastal village of Placencia, the Itz’ana Resort & Residences is a property crafted in harmony with its idyllic surroundings—at the intersection of Mayan and modern.

Core Essence was engaged to lead all aspects of early stage planning and ideation for the wellness strategy and spa facilities at Itz’ana.

Preliminary space planning, design direction, concept and financial framework was delivered to the client to guide the the phased development of the resort advances.
